I love this cigar, it never ever let me down. The offerings out of My Father Cigars are always top notch, but the Le Bijou is my favorite Nico Puro! The flavor of cedar and coco wrapped in the tasty Maduro wrapper make you want to smoke only one cigar.

Le Bijou 1922 is a monster, but a smooth one. Pepper and espresso hit hard right away, then it settles into this rich mix of dark chocolate, leather, and a creamy sweetness that keeps the strength in check. By the last third it gets deeper—more earth, more cocoa, a little dried fruit—but it never turns bitter or harsh. It’s full-bodied without being a slog.

Final Thoughts As a My Father fan, this cigar didn’t miss. Strong and refined with caramel, vanilla, and oaky rum notes before bursting with red pepper, baking spices, and a truffled honey finish. Exceptional.

Pepper. The chocolate notes were dark, but there was a slight creamy quality to it. Cedar. Earth. Mint! (Pretty excited about that one). Complex and delicious. Full body. Finish was on the long end of the spectrum. Moderate-full strength. I’ve heard some complaints about the draw, but my experience was near perfect. A little bit of a jag in the burn line, but everything else about this cigar made up for it.

Wonderfully made stick, burnt perfectly, no so much smoke and aroma though and draw was little stiffer than expected. Flavors dark chocolate, coffee, with plenty of nutty/earthy base, some sweeter notes of dried fruits. Will revisit.
