Really good maduro. I am a sucker for san andres

I enjoyed the flavor of this cigar, with its slight natual sweetness. A medium strength but the smoke has a nice fullness and weight. However it has the same problem as all these General Cigar or Altadis brands, PLUGGED cigars. One was very nice quality and I could almost be tempted to buy a box. But I expected the 2nd one to be rolled too tight and it was not smokeable. High prices and poor or inconsistent quality plaque these big cigar manufacturers.

This is one of my favorite ones from Fuente. A classic you can’t go wrong with. Very smooth and a pleasure to smoke.

I bought these Montecristo No. 3.5s to see how they stack up to my ultimate favorite habano, MC No.4s. While this is no kingslayer, you can definitely taste the inspiration of the No.4 in this cigar. Just what I need for my international travel-depressed humidor. If the No4 is a favorite of yours and you're feeling a little travel-nostalgic, definitely pick a few of these memories up.
