Description
A medium-strength smoke with rich woody, earthy, and coffee notes accompanied by a delectable sweetness. Its rustic, reddish Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed Colorado wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder and a filler made of Dominican, Nicaraguan, Peruvian tobacco. The filler leaves from Peru add a distinct flavor and aroma to the smoking experience. The Matilde Special Edition cigar was handmade in the Dominican Republic.

Outstanding. Construction and flavor impeccable except this is a smoke that requires concentration to enjoy what it offers. Subtle. Not a stick you fire up with a bunch of friends.

Very good cigar, which says a lot because I prefer stronger, spicier cigars and Sumatra is one of my least favorite wrappers. Wood, cocoa, nuts, white pepper, orange, cream, plum, raisins and nutmeg. Glad I tried
