Description
A potent smoke that delivers bold peppery notes underscored with a deep earthiness and sweetness. Its dark USA Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper drapes an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and a Nicaraguan filler. The Macanudo Inspirado Black is known for providing and invigorating but not overwhelming smoking experience. The cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic.

The issue with these cigars is the construction, always way too tight with a poor draw, which leads to burn and flavor issues. If the just took the extra effort to roll these properly, they would be a favorite of mine. But after three disappointments I give up. What a shame.

This is one of the best cigars I smoke. Great flavor and burn.

Very nice cigar. Performs way above its price point. Full body with nice underlying sweetness and complex flavor profile.

Good smoke, something different for me.

Pleasant surprise. This is quite complex and well balanced. Notes of black licorice, raisins and other fruit like flavors. Medium plus on flavors, more enjoyable if smoked slowly even if you have to "nurse" it with flames periodically. Definitely worth trying in a larger ring gauge. Don't be intimidated by the dark wrapper. My favorite new Macanudo.

What an incredible flavor profile that is not overly strong or bitter. Excellent flavors of cocoa and coffee. I very much enjoy these sticks and will purchase again.
