Constella Group and Luciano Cigars team up for a new PCA debut with The Machinist, a release built around a deliberately technical blend. The blend uses a Mexican San Andrés viso wrapper, a dual binder of Ecuadorian Sumatra viso and Indonesian Sumatra, and a filler that includes tobacco from Pennsylvania, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa. The goal here is precision; each leaf is selected to play a specific role rather than overpowering the whole.

The profile is medium-full bodied, showing layered earth, espresso, light sweetness, and a black pepper note on the finish. While The Machinist is technically Luciano’s PCA cigar release for 2025, the cigar will be a regular production stick.
