Description
A.J. Fernandez has joined forces with master blender Eladio Díaz to create a fresh spin on the Enclave line, the first to be rolled outside of Nicaragua at Díaz’s boutique factory in the Dominican Republic. Díaz is a legendary figure in the cigar world, having spent more than 40 years shaping blends and standards at Davidoff, where he led production and quality control. This marks a rare shift in the Enclave series, highlighting a Dominican-made core wrapped in a Corojo '99 leaf. The Enclave by Eladio Díaz is medium-to-full in body, delivering a smooth yet intricate profile that reflects the fusion of Fernandez’s boldness with Díaz’s Dominican elegance. With Dominican long-fillers and a touch of Ecuadorian finesse in the binder, this cigar is a refined expression of two blending philosophies meeting in harmony.

Very good medium bodied cigar - smooth with a very complex profile.

Firm construction and open draw with a mostly even burn - only one minor touchup needed. Medium bodied and pretty smooth with lots of nice thick, rich smoke output. Flavors of woodsy oak, leather and toasted nuts.
