The Diesel Whiskey Row’s filler uses Nicaraguan tobacco that has been aged five to eight years. The cigar’s Ecuadorian habano wrapper has undergone a five-year aging process too. Contrary to what one might expect, barrel aging does not give the cigar an overpowering bourbon flavor.
