Description
A full-bodied, box-pressed cigar with savory notes of chocolate, sweetness and pepper. Its dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper covers an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder and a Nicaraguan filler. Handmade in Honduras, the inspiration for the CAO Flathead V660 Carb comes from the flathead engines of classic muscle cars.

I tried this cigar yesterday and was disappointed in the first 10 or 15 minutes of it. As it developed, it got better and I actually enjoyed the last 2/3rds of this cigar plus the second half of the first third. Overall it was a decent cigar, but probably just not for me. Others may like it better. It was not quite full bodied enough for my tastes. I might give it another shot one day, because it's hard to judge by a sample of one.

Great draw, good smoke. But I didn't feel the flavor developed much. It just sort of felt "flat". Still a good cigar, but not my fav.

Good stick with some power, peppery on the retrohale, some chocolate notes. Draw and burn was okay.

Construction is noticeably dense with a light box press. The wrapper is a toothy maduro that is well bonded. The draw is a little stiff, but I sid not have any truble keeping it lit. burn is even with a stiff 1 1/2" ash. There is a noticeable leather taste with a hint of fruitiness that remains the same throughout the smoke. Very smooth to the tongue. Definitely a cigar I would smoke again.
