  When creating the Blackbird Superb, founder Jonas Santana and his team of blenders wanted to develop a brand that stood out from the rest of their flock of avian named cigars. So, they spent many days testing and tasting different blends until they produced one that was so outstanding, so terrific, so magnificent they could only name it Superb. This medium-bodied premium cigar sports a savory Ecuadorian Habano maduro wrapper draped over a binder and filler made of tobacco leaves of an undisclosed origin (to keep the blend a secret). This marks the first time Blackbird has made a cigar with such an exquisite wrapper. The cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic at the Blackbird Dominicana Cigar Factory, which is owned and operated by Santana.
