  Asylum 13 Corojo

  Released in 2013, the Asylum 13 Corojo made a big splash in the cigar world by using corojo tobacco and producing long, thick cigars that range from 6” to 11” in length and 52 to 80-ring gauge. The cigars are not only big in size but are full-strength and packed with flavor. The Asylum 13 Corojo is made of 100% Honduran tobacco and uses a smooth, light-brown Corojo wrapper. Veteran aficionados will find this an invigorating smoke. Novice enthusiasts who want to expand their smoking portfolio will find it challenging but not daunting. The cigars are handmade in Tabacos Rancho Jamastran in Honduras.

  Asylum 13 Maduro

  Asylum is the brainchild of Kevin Baxter (formerly of Outlaw cigars) and Tom Lazuka in collaboration with Christian Eiroa, creator and former owner of Camacho Cigars. Asylum 13, the full bodied line of Asylum Cigars, offers the palate rich caramel and espresso tones and roasted nut flavor. Asylum 13 Cigars are handrolled Nicaraguan puros with a Habano Oscuro wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and filler. They come in boxes of 50 and have a very attractive price point.

  Asylum 13 Medulla Maduro

  Like its name, the Asylum 13 Medulla Maduro will take command of your senses from the first draw. Handmade at CLE Cigar Company’s Aladino Factory in Danli, Honduras, the Asylum 13 Medulla Maduro is a medium-strength cigar with a dark-brown, Mexican San Andrés wrapper, and a Honduran Corojo binder and filler. If you like big ring gauges, this is your stick. The Asylum 13 Medulla smallest ring is 52 (just under an inch). Its biggest ring is 80. That’s 1 ¼ inches in diameter. Now, that’s big!

  Asylum 13 Ogre

  Asylum 13 Ogre is a barber pole cigar that uses Candela wrapper and Habano Maduro wrapper. As with other Asylum 13 Cigars, the Ogre offers the palate rich caramel and espresso tones and roasted nut flavor. They come in boxes of 50 and have a very attractive price point.
