Description
Fruity, earthy, peppery, and cedar notes will greet you when you light this Nicaraguan puro, which is composed of a Corojo ’99 wrapper, a Corojo binder and Criollo '98 and Corojo '99 fillers. The tobaccos for this medium bodied stick have been aged for seven years. The blend was developed by Max Fernandez, son of Eduardo Fernandez, who is the founder of Aganorsa Leaf. The Aganorsa Leaf Signature Selection Robusto is handmade in Nicaragua.

Firm construction, open draw, mostly even burn with only a couple of minor touchups needed. Medium bodied with lots of thick, creamy smoke output. Started out a little harsh with some sour bitterness but quickly mellowed out with flavors of toasted nuts, leather and oaky woodsiness.
