I agree with everything the other reviewer has said. Had started with a sampler and the Ruby is my pick from an excellent series (the Aniversario does make for a perfect special occasion cigar). Beautiful aroma, excellent construction. Burns very nicely - even and steady. Lots of smoke. Full of flavour but well balanced. The box-pressed shape and partially closed foot are nice details also. The proportions of the lancero make for quite an elegant cigar in hand that's a pleasure to hold. Definitely a favourite.

I not the review type but I don’t want to see this cigar going away. I have no idea why it hasn’t gained traction. I’ve been smoking this and the toro both of which are very good. I give the edge to the lancero. I think smoked at least one size of the 1502 line and the ruby is the stand out for me. If you a fan of Nicaraguan cigars in med-full range, do your self a favor and try this.
