Tyler   Are they the red banded iteration? If they have the red band as pictured I will grab a box but partial to those only thanks for your response

  •  Hi Tyler. The boxes we have available are from a new shipment for which I cannot say for certain what the bands look like. We can tell you that the singles that are available for purchase look just as pictured.

I have been looking forward to this cigar for over a year. Although I did not pick up a lot of the nuances that I was expecting based on the tasting notes I read it is still a solid medium bodied stick. Burn was quite wavy and required a couple touch ups.

Very smooth & balanced smoke. Taste of peppar, that fades out around the end of the first third and then takes on a creamy almond taste. Perfect draw & burn.

As a newcomer to the Padilla cigar , I was quite curious and excited to experience this. This cigar used to be produced in Miami, but has now been moved to Honduras. This beautiful torpedo cigar is a Nicaraguan puro. It was the #22 cigar of 2015 top 25. The first third of this cigar started out with a blast of pepper which quickly disappeared and notes of leather, oak and nut became apparent. Creaminess appeared into the second third along with the same notes as first third. A sweetness also snuck in which made for a very enjoyable balance. Pretty much same notes into last third, but the pepper came sneaking around again. Overall this was a delightful medium bodied smoke which smoked perfectly to the very end-- no bitterness at all. Also I was extremely amazed at the amount of huge smoke output. Great balance of notes throughout!! Definitely will be smoking this again.
