Smoke Rings are points that you earn with each product you purchase on our website. They are credited to your account once your order is shipped. You can redeem your Smoke Rings for selected premium products on your account page.
You must be registered as a member to earn Smoke Rings. You must also login to your account when you make a purchase, so that the Smoke Rings are credited to your account. If you checkout as a guest, your account will not be credited. Please contact us if you have checked out as a guest and wish to have the Smoke Rings credited to your account within 30 days of the transaction date. After 30 days, Smoke Rings cannot be credited. Smoke Rings do not have an expiration date. They are a lifetime value!
Smoke Rings Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: To become a member of the Program you simply need to have registered for a Neptune Cigar account by clicking here and you must be 21 years of age or older.
Earning Smoke Rings: Once you have registered an account, you begin earning points every time you purchase or review goods on our website NeptuneCigar.com:
- You earn 5 Smoke Rings for every dollar you spend on eligible products on our website or at our Cigar Superstores. All products are eligible except for gift certificates.
- You earn 100 Smoke Rings for writing an unbiased review of a product you have tried. To write a review, click on "write a review" on the product page and make sure that you login with your registered email address. Reviews must be approved by Neptune Cigars to earn Smoke Rings and are subject to Neptune's policy for eligibility. Neptune reserves the right to limit the maximum amounts of reviews that can be submitted by an account and to delete duplicate or too vague reviews. Reviews in excess of the maximum limit or that violate the terms and conditions do not earn Smoke Rings.
Redeeming Smoke Rings: The Smoke Ring points are redeemable toward purchases of products solely on the NeptuneCigar.com website, excluding cigar singles. To redeem your Smoke Rings, login to your account to view a list of the items that you can redeem, then select the desired item and add to your shopping cart. Members will not be able to redeem Smoke Rings for purchases unless Member has sufficient Smoke Rings for that purchase.
Smoke Rings are non-refundable, nor can they be exchanged, traded or transferred to another account. If you wish to earn Smoke Rings for in store purchases, please provide our sales associate at our brick and mortar stores with your phone number or email address.
Gift with purchase offers are not available when a product is redeemed on our website.
TIP: If your email address has changed, you do not need to open a new account, or you will lose your Smoke Rings. Just log in to your account, and click on "My Profile". There you will be able to modify your email address.
