Casdagli Daughters of the Wind

In the early 19th century, the predecessors of Jeremy Casdagli, the founder of Casdagli Cigars, were well-known traders and breeders of fine Arabian horses. To honor his family's heritage, Casdagli created the Daughters of the Wind, which is the title of an Arabian poem that was inspired by the beauty of Bedouin horses. The Casdagli Daughters of the Wind is a full-strength cigar with a natural Ecuadorian wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and filler tobaccos from Peru and Nicaragua. The Daughters of the Wind is full-bodied cigar that offers sweet and spicy notes.

What a giant letdown. Draw was extremely tight even after being stored at lower humidity and dry boxed. Was able to get a draw with a PerfecDraw but I found the flavors to be lacking. Too much wood and pepper.

Casdagli has become one of my favorite brands. The Daughters of the Wind is truly an excellent cigar in both flavor and construction. I hope Neptune carries more of the different Casdagli lines in the future.
