The Ashton Connecticut is the perfect marriage between the Ashton Classic and the Ashton Cabinet in terms of taste. To take it one step further, it’s perfectly sized for the aficionado who desires a brief smoking indulgence throughout the day. Expertly handmade in the Dominican Republic, the Ashton Connecticut features a honey-hued USA Connecticut Shade wrapper that is draped over a Cameroon binder and a Dominican filler and offers a spicy, nutty profile with notes of coffee. The Ashton Connecticut is available in the following vitolas: Senoritas (small panatela), Cigarillos, Half Corona (short panatela), and the Mini Cigarillos (Cigarillos).

The Dominican Republic is the world's first producer of cigars. Most factories are located in Santiago, in the center of the island, and in close proximity to the tobacco fields grown in the fertile Cibao Valley. While tobacco and cigars have always traditionally been produced in the Dominican Republic, many Cuban cigar makers established in the Dominican Republic after the Cuban communist revolution, elevating the quality of Dominican cigars.

Connecticut Shade wrapper grown in the United States has a mild to medium flavor and a silky quality, making it one of the most expensive and sought-after cigar wrappers in the cigar industry.

The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.
Cameroon tobacco is fragile and thin but gives the cigar a sweet and light flavor. It is cultivated in the West African countries of Cameroon and Central African Republic.

Outstanding offer for Connie lovers! The Connie/Cameroon/Dominican combo suits me particularly well, even if the stick looks a bit rough around the edge. The pack says manufactured in Sri Lanka so I don't think these comes from the Tabacalera Fuente. Whatever, I just re-ordered some.
