If you find a lower price in a competitor’s printed ad or website on an identical item, just show us the lower price before you buy the item at Neptune Cigars and we will match the price, or within 7 days of your Neptune Cigars purchase and we will give you the difference in store credit. Catalogs can be matched as long as they display a valid date and meet all other qualifications. Which items does Neptune Cigars price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including brand, quantity, size, weight, condition, and warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. Shipping costs will be added to the price when Neptune Cigars offers free shipping or lower shipping cost.
Which items and services aren’t available for price match?
· Timed events (for example, specials that are valid only on a certain date at a store or website event)
· Competitor’s free product, buy one get one, bundled offers or special purchases
· Sales tax promotions
· Clearance or Closeout items
· Rare cigars and limited edition items
· Going out of business liquidations
· Used or previously owned items
· Prices that require a club membership or loyalty program
· Floor samples
· Items advertised below dealer cost
· Typographical errors
· Expired ads
Will Neptune Cigars match another company’s price when combined with a free or discounted item?
Yes, if the free or discounted item is an item that we carry. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Neptune Cigars does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price and will not take the free or discounted item into account.
Can I use coupons when price matching?
Yes. Coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Neptune Cigars coupon has been deducted, the price can be adjusted to match the competitor's price.
