A new size in the Partagas Black Label line, this Corona was rated 86 (Very Good to Excellent) on Cigar Aficionado August 2007. Partagas Black Label is an espresso of a cigar, extremely dark in color and extra rich in flavor. It is made with Cuban-seed Medio Tempo wrappers which are darker, heavier and richer than other wrappers because they are harvested only after they have been allowed to age on their plants 50% longer than other wrapper leaves.

You would expect by the look of this to be a full bodied smoke, but this is actually a medium to full body. It is a rich deep smoke full of earth and wood tastes with a hint of chocolate every now and then.
