Ordered to APO address and arrived within a week. Humidor was packaged very well and arrived unharmed. Each sampler was in its own storage with gel pack. Cutter came in a sturdy case with foam insert. Smoke rings are just a bonus, very impressed overall. Will definitely order again once these are smoked.

Well I came across your trouble shooting tips page on the web just before I was about ready to give up and try to find someone to service my Rocky Patel branded lighter. I'm SO glad I did. The last tip on the list, checking the flame adjustment was all i needed to do to get my lighter working again. Thank you so much for publishing those tips. I also learned from the list that I'm to bleed the lighter when it is in its vertical and upright position. I was bleeding it in the inverted position, the same position used to refill it.

After my last order I couldn't be happier with the service or quality. Just wish I had found your site sooner, the last place I ordered a humidor from I've been waiting two weeks for it to ship and cant get any response from them on it.
