Yesterday my cigars arrived in perfect condition. I am impressed!...I have ordered cigars from other websites before and you guys are in a complete different leage!!! The cigar market of Denmark is small, dry, bad stored and very expensive cigars. The american market is quite something else. We plan for a trip to Florida next X-mas. I just wanted to say awesome job on getting my order here. I had ordered 5 Perdomo’s Champagne 10th Anniversay cigars from [xxxx] and they were backordered for 10 days and still didn’t tell me they couldn’t get any. I decided to give you guys a try. I just received my order, and I would like to thank you very much for such a prompt shipment and extra attention!
I had a chance to take a look at the cigars, and I found little humidification baggies in packages with those. That is ingenious! Those humidifiers seemed to keep cigars in a tip-top shape during the shipping, and I can't express how much I appreciate you taking extra time and care to pack your product this well. This means that I don’t necessarily have to spend much more extra wait time for the cigars to “adjust” and “recuperate” before I can enjoy them. Thank you.

This was the first time ordering cigars from Neptune and I have to say I am very impressed. The UPS shipping was great and worth every penny. The packaging was awesome. The small Xikar humi-pouches are a nice touch. I used to work in a cigar shop so I know how to pick cigars and I was worried I wouldn't be happy, but the singles you sent look, feel and smell fantastic. This could not have been easier because your website is also top-shelf. I can't wait to smoke these and buy some more and Neptune will be my first stop! Keep up the good work.

I got my 5 stogies (singles) Thursday and I got to say I'm very happy with the way those stogies were packaged and the way they looked. It took 6 days for them to get here all the way from Florida and I was a little concern that they might arrive dried up or damaged by their long trip. But I was happy to see that you had included a humidipak in the bag so the stogies would stay humid and they sure did, I could have smoke them right there and then. Also upon inspection of the cigars I notice how beautiful all of them were, if I could have pick them out myself I would have NOT done a better job... they are outstanding singles!
Thank you for sending the best cigars you found for me, I will definitely continue ordering from Neptune Cigars in the future.

I never do this kind of thing but so great is the customer service from Neptune Cigars,that I felt I must. Being a newbie to the Cigar world and living in Australia, buying valuable Cigars online from across the globe is a huge leap of faith to say the least. But my Cigars have arrived on time and in great condition, due to the care taken in packing for shipment. That and prompt replies...heaps of great advice and patient with all my stupid questions,truly makes me relaxed and confident to try and buy more Cigar's and send my hard earned money into cyber space. Found out, that you 'great guys' might have my, (so far) * Flavorite Lite It Up- Gar! The ones I ordered those Gurkha Shaggies.. Glad you stock em (eaches) cuase a box would mean no fud for my cat, Target! I am the only Gar smoker in Uthaw, just one other; a female bodybuilder, bouncer at a Church! So, A Herf is me and Target!
