Smoke Rings are points that you earn with each product you purchase on our website. They are credited to your account once your order is shipped. You can redeem your Smoke Rings for selected premium products on your account page.
You must be registered as a member to earn Smoke Rings. You must also login to your account when you make a purchase, so that the Smoke Rings are credited to your account. If you checkout as a guest, your account will not be credited. Smoke Rings do not have an expiration date. They are a lifetime value!
Smoke Rings Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: To become a member of the Program you simply need to have registered for a Neptune Cigar account at https://www.neptunecigar.com/rg/register.aspx and you must be 21 years of age or older.
Earning Smoke Rings: Once you have registered an account, you begin earning points every time you purchase goods from our website NeptuneCigar.com.
Redeeming Smoke Rings: The Smoke Ring points are redeemable toward purchases of products solely on the NeptuneCigar.com website, excluding cigar singles. To redeem your Smoke Rings, login to your account to view a list of the items that you can redeem, then select the desired item and add to your shopping cart. Members will not be able to redeem Smoke Rings for purchases unless Member has sufficient Smoke Rings for that purchase.
Smoke Rings are non-refundable, nor can they be exchanged, traded or transferred to another account. At this time, smoke rings are only available for online purchases. In store purchases do not earn smoke rings.
TIP: If your email address has changed, you do not need to open a new account, or you will lose your Smoke Rings. Just log in to your account, and click on "My Profile". There you will be able to modify your email address.
