Tobacco products have significant and inherent health risks for a number of serious diseases, and it is appropriate that cigars and other tobacco products are an age-restricted product with sales limited to a minimum legal purchase age.
In 1992, the United States Congress directed the states to establish 18 as the minimum legal age for purchasing cigarettes, and each state has complied with that directive. In all states except Alabama, Alaska and Utah, the legal age to purchase tobacco products is age 18. It is age 19 in those three states.
We do not not sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. Declaration of age is required for purchase of tobacco products on our website and we do process electronic age verification thru gouvernement database (VERATAD). We do not sell cigarettes.
