Told him what I like and he recommended very enjoyable cigars along with a few others outside of my comfort to try out. All fantastic. The store itself is magnificent. Soon to be the biggest in the state of Florida. Great accomplishment and well earned. Beautiful shop. Samantha assisted with helping me find a match to my Calibri cutter being that my torch was confiscated at the airport. She was very helpful and knew right where to go to find the match to my cutter. Every time I visit this location, all staff members have been more than knowledgeable, extremely experienced and very helpful. Enjoyed the conversations as we shop the wide variety of cigars. Highly recommend visiting and enjoying what they recommend. They have not steered me wrong. 10/10 ~J.Chapter

01/27/2023byPatrick SAfter ordering a box online from Neptune recently, decided to stop in on the way to the airport today while visiting the area. The selection was huge and nicely laid out. I wish I caught the name of the guy that helped me out, but his knowledge was great and made some recommendations based on what I have smoked in the past. Currently smoking the My Father le Bijou and it’s fantastic! Looking forward to partaking in the rest of my small haul. Thanks for the help and I’ll definitely stop in next time I am in town.
