Description
A potent smoke that delivers spicy, earthy, peppery, coffee and sweetness notes. Its Mexican San Andres maduro wrapper covers a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and a Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania filler. Handmade in Nicaragua at the La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate, this dark, flavorful full-bodied cigar is the creation of James Hetfield of the metal band Metallica, Rob Dietrich of Blackened Whiskey, and Johnathan Drew, of Drew Estate: three highly regarded artisans in their respective fields who share a passion for cigars. The Blackened M81 Cigars by Drew Estate Corona Doble is a box worthy cigar for veteran aficionados who like a deep, dark smoke or novices looking to expand their smoking portfolio.

Good but not that good!

If you appreciate a strong and dark blend I think you'd like this. It was a little stronger than what typically consume however I can see why some would appreciate this. Although the dark and deep full flavours were a little to much for me this cigar performed amazingly well.

Nice looking and draw was good burn was somewhat uneven the whole time. The first half of the stick was a big disappointment very light smoke hard to get much from it the second half had better smoke smooth and with good flavors

Great draw. Well constructed good flavor burned. Not quite perfect but well well. I was expecting a little bit deeper flavor but it was pleasant

I have spent almost 2 hours to enjoy (?) this cigar. Not a single note of sweetnes. Strong, earthly, pepper. Good experience. Good (not great) draw. Heavy AF. Deadly nicotine kills what might have been) I guess i need to try smaller formats.
