Flat Top

For a barber, a flat top is a type of haircut that was very popular in the ‘50’s. But for a tobacconist, a flat top is a type of cigar box designed to hold twenty-five cigars with twelve on the bottom, and thirteen on the top. A flat top box is also referred to as a thirteen topper.
