Description
The H. Upmann Grupo de Maestros Connecticut Robusto is the result of two powerhouse cigar crafters joining forces to produce the ultimate cigar. Altadis' famed Grupo de Maestros teamed up with Rafael Nodal of Aging Room Cigars to bring you this medium-bodied Dominican smoke, featuring a golden Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper on top of a Dominican binder and Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers that provide incomparable flavor. This sleek robusto also sports a dark maduro cap for a sweet finishing touch in addition to the smooth earthy profile of leather and nuts.

Creamy smoke, with hints of cabinet spices, floral undertones, and cedar.

Really impressed with this one, a really nice burn, not over peppery with leathery taste, if your not a fan of Connecticut wrappers this one may change your mind

Very smooth, great with morning coffee. Very leathery.

This is a smooth smoke with the Dominican tobacco in it. No burn issues. Notes of earth, leather, and just a pinch of pepper and nuts.

Very good morning smoke with your coffee. The only turn off to me is the draw is too tight which makes the experience not as rewarding.
Howard R. · 09/10/2020 - 3.80
I liked this one, although I had some minor issues with the burn, still a good and enjoyable stick.
