Description
This full-bodied smoke offers savory notes of cedar, nuts, spice, leather and a long chocolatey finish. Its Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper covers an African Cameroon binder and a Nicaraguan filler. Handmade in Nicaragua by AJ Fernandez, the Don Lino Africa Tembo Gran Toro has a classic look and feel that will appeal to both the traditional as well as the contemporary smoker. The Africa line was inspired by a trip Nestor Miranda, the founder of Miami Cigar & Co., took to Africa. Tembo is Swahili for elephant.

Great cigar, the robusto and toro sizes smoke better.
Jose E. · 08/28/2025 - 4.20
Typical AJ produced cigar with pepper right away. Calms and develops into a really good cigar.

This stick is everything as described! The cigar had a great burn and smoke throughout. I tasted some undertone of sweetness throughout. This stick is more than I expected ! I was surprised and shall keep In my humidor at all times

A nice solid cigar with an excellent draw and burn. To me it was a solid medium throughout. Earth and cedar with traces of pepper. Good performer overall.
