For me it didn't have as much bite as the OG Blood Medicine but it did grow in pepper notes throughout. A nice solid draw and burn even outside in the breeze. A worthwhile smoke overall.

Burn and draw were good. Taste was very sour. I did not like this one at all. Lives up to the medicine name i guess because thats how it tasted.
