The AVO Unexpected Tradition is a limited-edition, medium-strength toro that is part of AVO’s Unexpected line. Artfully handmade in the Dominican Republic, the Unexpected Tradition was first announced as being an undisclosed blend that includes a rare Peruvian tobacco, and later revealed to be the same blend as the AVO Heritage series.

However, it does have a light-brown wrapper, and the Unexpected was aged for six years after it was rolled.
