Cohiba Carbon Fiber Desktop Humidor

This limited edition Cohiba Carbon Fiber desktop humidor features the Cuban COHIBA cigar logo on top and is made of 100% solid cedar and real carbon fiber. The humidor, initially crafted for the European market, comes with a slatted cedar interior to allow for better air and humidity circulation, quadrant hinges, a digital hygrometer that attaches to the lid thanks to a hidden steel plate--no velcro, no glue! This is a collector's item and it won't last! Holds about 70 Churchill size cigars.

Since cigars vary significantly in size and shape, we use Churchill sized cigars (7" x 50) when calculating humidor capacity. Remember capacity is the MAXIMUM of cigars that can fit in the humidor. For better air & humidity circulation, we recommend to not fill your humidor more than 75% of its capacity.

  Cedar has been used for many centuries in boats and in high-humidity environments, as it is famous for staying flat and not warping under high humidity conditions. All cedar humidors are rare because of how costly this wood is, however, most humidors come with a cedar lining. This is a thin, flat piece of cedar placed inside of the humidor to help maintain humidity and to maintain a tight seal when opening the humidor.

  Glass top humidors allow you to check the cigars without opening it and therefore avoiding a humidity drop. Do not place your glass top humidor under bright lights or direct sunlight as cigars prefer the darkness.

  The humidifier is the part that will maintain the humidity level in your humidor. Most of the humidors comes with so called "green foam" humidification systems. While it's the most commun humidification system, it works only one way by increasing humidity level but will not lower humidity if necessary. We recommend to update to the latest technologies like the crystals, gel or beads that work both ways and really help maintain 70% humidity in your humidor.
