Tanner Webb  The tank on mine cracked and it's practically brand new. But before I could contact XIKAR for a replacement, I caught my sister's boyfriend trying to Take it apart to "fix it". Thankfully he only got two screws out abs scratched it to shit, but he didn't get it apart. My question is, is my warranty now void, or did I save it on time?

Hixon Breckenridge  When I make a cigar order, I wanted to use my smoke rings at the same time for additional purchases to save on shipping but I can't until after after my initial order has been shipped to get the smoke rings required, then I have to pay for shipping when all of it could have been shipped together at no cost. Why is this?

  • NeptuneCigar.com  This lighter is our best selling XIKAR model, and we rarely get any returns. This lighter has a lifetime warranty. If your lighter was defective and stopped working after a few lights, please contact us to arrange an exchange. The number one reason we see lighters fail to perform is not using triple refined (clean) butane. Dirty butane clogs up the valves. The other problem that often occurs is the flame adjustment level being set too low. But it doesn't matter the problem, XIKAR stands behind this product and guarantees its performance for life.

  • Chris  I've had this lighter for a while. It has always worked but the flame wasn't as strong as it used to be and it took multiple tries to get it to light after about a year of use. It seems to have dirty jets using only xikar purofine fuel. Last night I noticed the flame adjustment wheel was totally missing from my lighter. I have no idea where it fell off or how it detached so I ordered a replacement lighter because I've always enjoyed this one and feel I got a good use out of it. I see now it has a lifetime warranty, but I doubt I'd get an help since it's missing the plastic adjustment wheel.
