The Liga Privada Unico UF-4 is a rugged looking toro that lives up to its initials. ‘UF” stands for Unico Fuerte, which loosely means “a strong one.” This potent stick sports a muscular, oily, dark-brown USA Connecticut Habano wrapper placed over a Brazilian binder and a filler composed of Honduran and Nicaraguan leaves. This blend is based off the Liga Privada T-52, but it is billed as being much stronger. The Liga Privada Unico UF-4 is handmade at the La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate factory in Nicaragua.

  This dark, sun-grown leaf stems from the Connecticut River Valley, much like its more well-known cousins, Connecticut Shade and Connecticut Broadleaf. Rich with hearty flavor, Connecticut Habano perfectly mixes the smoothness of Connecticut with the complex spice found in traditional Habano wrappers.

  Brazil grows tobacco from North to South. The East Central State of Bahia is an important cigar tobacco producer. The Northern State of Alagoas hosts a production around the city of Arapiraca where maduro wrappers are grown. The Southern states of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina produce tobacco for cigarettes and pipe.
