Kristoff Kristania is a smooth, flavorful Kristoff handmade with a Nicaraguan Criollo Habano wrapper, and Dominican Habano binder and filler. This well-balanced medium bodied stick will delight with hints of spice, vanilla, coffee bean and sweetness, all at a very affordable price.

Most cigars are manufactured in the Caribbean and Central America.
The Dominican Republic is the world's first producer of cigars. Most factories are located in Santiago, in the center of the island, and in close proximity to the tobacco fields grown in the fertile Cibao Valley. While tobacco and cigars have always traditionally been produced in the Dominican Republic, many Cuban cigar makers established in the Dominican Republic after the Cuban communist revolution, elevating the quality of Dominican cigars.

Cigar wrapper color varies from green (Double Claro or Candela) to black (Maduro or Oscuro) with a full range of browns in between.
Colorado maduro wrapper is milk chocolate brown.

The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
Nicaraguan cigar wrappers are produced mainly in Esteli and Jalapa, both lands with volcanic soil and excellent climate for growing tobacco. Wrappers grown in Jalapa have sweet undertones. Corojo, Habana2000, Criollo, and Maduro wrappers are all produced in Nicaragua.

The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.
Dominican Republic is a traditional tobacco-growing country. Cuban seed tobacco was planted in the Dominican to produce exceptional quality wrapper and binder leaves.

Filler is the term used to describe the tobacco inside a cigar or the "guts" of the cigar.

Even though I got these free, these were easily the worst cigars I have had in a very long time. Threw 2 away a short time after lighting since they would not burn. Other two not impressive. Glad I did not pay money for them!

It is hard to rate a sampler overall but Kristoff as a brand seem to be average I dont mean that in a negative way Because they mostly all seem to bunt tast and look decent not great and not bad at all but for the price you cant go wrong and it gives you a chance to see which if any you like. Me personally I loved the Kristiania had lots of dessert flavors specially for the price range also really likes the Original the Criollo very sweet creamy oily and nutty flavors I have tried all of the kristoff samplers and this one is my personal favorite

Very well constructed cigar. I enjoyed the flavors: leather, wood and not a lot of sweetness. Note that it's not bold and on the minus side of strength. Good for a morning cigar. Perfect if you like a mild tasting cigar and want to experience something with a little more "humph".

got a couple of these cigars to try out and was very impressed, I had thought they may have been too big but really enjoyed this cigar although I would admit this is a man's man's cigar, smoke this cigar right down to the band and that was the only time it became a little harsh, the only other thing was this was a 4 bourbon cigar or in other words it took me over 30 min to smoke
