Most cigars are manufactured in the Caribbean and Central America.
The Dominican Republic is the world's first producer of cigars. Most factories are located in Santiago, in the center of the island, and in close proximity to the tobacco fields grown in the fertile Cibao Valley. While tobacco and cigars have always traditionally been produced in the Dominican Republic, many Cuban cigar makers established in the Dominican Republic after the Cuban communist revolution, elevating the quality of Dominican cigars.

Honduran cigar wrapper has the reputation of great quality, with wrapper leaf being grown in the Jamastran, Talanga and San Agustin valleys. Some of the wrappers being grown in Honduras include Corojo, Honduran Claro, Honduran Criollo, Honduran Jamastran Viso Rosado, Honduran San Agustin Havana Seed and San Agustin Ligero.

The wrapper is the last tobacco leaf to be rolled on the cigar, so it is the one the smoker will see.
Criollo tobacco was originally developed for filler, but was found to be tasty as a wrapper when shade-grown. Criollo means "native" in Spanish. The binder is a full tobacco leaf that is used to roll the cigar, binding the filler tobaccos together.

Anonymous i got a pack of the Muwat fire cured Fat Molly and found the draw very difficult , I have had them before and don't remember the draw being that difficult , could it be just that batch or is this an ongoing issue

NeptuneCigar.com Handmade cigars can sometimes have problems with the draw. One tool that we've found to save us a lot of money is the PerfecDraw poker. If a cigar has a difficult draw you just use the tool to open up the draw a bit. It works wonders. Even though I got these free, these were easily the worst cigars I have had in a very long time. Threw 2 away a short time after lighting since they would not burn. Other two not impressive. Glad I did not pay money for them!

Kristoff is a great brand because they mix Nicaraguan with Dominican tobacco’s with as much flavor to make a awesome cigar. Also the wrapper burned better than excepted considering it’s a slow smoke

It is hard to rate a sampler overall but Kristoff as a brand seem to be average I dont mean that in a negative way Because they mostly all seem to bunt tast and look decent not great and not bad at all but for the price you cant go wrong and it gives you a chance to see which if any you like. Me personally I loved the Kristiania had lots of dessert flavors specially for the price range also really likes the Original the Criollo very sweet creamy oily and nutty flavors I have tried all of the kristoff samplers and this one is my personal favorite

Another awesome cigar from Mr. Case. Starts off very spicy in the 1/3. Maintains excellent draw and burn through the 2/3. Final 3rd requires a relight(65% RH) however I place this on the oiliness of the stick. Final 3rd is smoth, creamy finish.

That’s a good cigar. Wonderful aroma, and good taste with a slightly sweet finish. Rustic looking exterior with prominent veins, but really well wrapped—could barely make out the seam. Good burn all the way down, never had to relight. Good draw. Smoke production a little light in the first third but improved quite a bit in the second third.

I smoked this stick after I smoked a Habano highly sought after brand and think this stick is under rated. I found it smooth and creamy with distinct taste and pleasant aroma. Although the burn was slightly off, I still give it full mark in comparison to other overrated sticks. I will buy again.

The Kristoff Criollo is what I like to call my gateway cigar. It allowed me to venture out of the one-note mild cigar world into more complex flavors of medium to medium full. Great flavor, smooth, a little nutty, a little creamy, but with some kick without the pepper.
