Following the success of the limited edition Nestor Miranda's 20th Aniversario Rosado Danno in 2009, Miami Cigar Company decided to continue the blend and launched the Nestor Miranda Danno 2010, this time with a Nicaraguan Habano Oscuro wrapper. The cigar is a Double Corona made by Pepin Garcia of My Father Cigars in Nicaragua.

The "Garcia Family Industrial Park" located in Esteli, Nicaragua is a seven-acre complex with 9 buildings, over 1900 employees, where the Garcias supervise their cigar production from the tobacco field to the roller's table. Their Miami headquarters house 12 rollers that make all of the company's "handmade in Miami" brands.
